Fair days pay for fair days work

Still rather cross with big big businesses that do not pay a fair days pay - rich companies rolling with cash too. Yes still cross I can't change them . 

The whole sub contracting and making drivers pretend to be self employed and making them pay for use of the van to do the job frankly stinks.

We pay folk properly and treat them right   - would be proud to be a business known for that. 

Wish  we were big enough to show another way works.

When we do grow we will keep this in mind .
