Another Monday
Well another Monday comes along. Time can be a slow passing thing or flashing past thing.
Rome was not built in a day nor is Norfolk Gin. It takes time, over a week in fact, to transform a clear tasteless liquid into the nectar that is Norfolk Gin with the staged addition of real botanicals. Only after final taste testing can it be bottled.
Gin HQ is a bit like Rome must be now, very quiet and not a lot of movement, very little action and nobody around. We are used to piloting our electric delivery vehicle from pub to bar as we fulfil orders. We are becalmed and not making those trips, not seeing the smiling faces and hearing what people are up to.
We are going to press on with making and bottling some more Gin this week.
